- Handling L1 & Phone Support issues
- Escalate, follow-up and fix recurrent issues to the concerned department.
- Provide friendly and passionate customer support on call/chat
- Handle tickets/live chats efficiently
- Ability to work in 24*7 rotating shifts
- Operating Systems:Good understanding of Redhat based linux flavours OR Windows 2008/20012 systems.
- Improving Customer Interaction
- Fundamentals:DNS & Networking Fundamentals,TCP/UDP, IP Routing.
- Application Protocols
- Control Panel
