Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Agreement and Payment Obligations

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all fees for services provided by WIPL are based on the Customer’s commitment to the full duration of the Initial Term or any applicable Renewal Term. In the event that:

  • WIPL terminates the Agreement due to the Customer’s breach of the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP),

  • Or the Customer terminates the Agreement based on WIPL’s material breach of the Agreement,

then all outstanding fees for the remaining billing cycles within the Initial or Renewal Term shall become immediately due and payable on the next business day following the termination.


2. Cancellation Notice Requirements

To cancel or downgrade a current hosting package, the Customer must provide a minimum of 7 calendar days’ written notice prior to the next renewal date. Failure to do so will result in full billing for the upcoming renewal term.

Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be submitted in writing by raising a support ticket to the Billing Department or by initiating cancellation through the Billing Portal.

  • Must originate from the registered email address on file with WIPL.

  • Must clearly mention the main IP address (for VPS/Dedicated Servers) or the primary domain name (for Shared/Reseller/SSL plans) related to the service being cancelled.


3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – Hosting Plans Only

WIPL offers a 30-day money back guarantee on its standard Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and SSL Hosting plans for first-time customers only. This guarantee is valid only upon written request and is subject to the following terms:

  • The guarantee does not apply to:

    • VPS

    • Cloud VPS

    • Dedicated Servers

    • Cloud Infrastructure Services

    • AWS or Google Cloud Computing solutions

  • Exceeding the allotted bandwidth quota within the first 30 days voids the refund eligibility.

  • The customer must not have purchased services from WIPL previously to qualify as a new customer.

  • Refunds are not applicable to second or subsequent hosting package purchases, even if under the same or a different account.

  • Violations of the TOS/AUP immediately void refund eligibility.

WIPL reserves the sole right to deny refund requests where misuse, abuse, or violation of policies is suspected or identified.


4. Additional Terms

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after service validation and are not transferable. WIPL may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds in exceptional circumstances but is under no obligation to refund payments outside the terms mentioned above.
