Google, after a decade, has finally revised its pricing for its enterprise solution, G Suite. Following will be the G Suite Price revision for Basic Plan:
G Suite Price Revision for Indian Customers
Basic Plan: ₹210 per user per month
Business Plan: ₹715 per user per month
G Suite Price Revision for International Customers
Basic Plan: USD 6 per user per month
Business Plan: USD 12 per user per month
Further, the Pricing for G Suite Enterprise will not change. These G Suite price changes will go into effect on April 2, 2019. These price revisions will not go into effect until the first time your contract renews on or after April 2, 2019. Change in pricing has brought a lot of confusion in our customer’s mind. A : As long as your renewal date is before 2nd April 2019, you will be charged the same price at which you were charged earlier.

A : Since your renewal date is after 2nd April 2019, you will be charged the revised price i.e. ₹210 per user per month in case of G Suite Basic and ₹715 per user per month in case of G Suite Business.
Q : I have a G Suite account already running if I add a new user before 2nd April, what will be the G Suite price?
A : The price will remain the same and will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Q : I have a G Suite account already running if I add a new user after 2nd April, what will be the price?
Ans : Here, you will be charged the revised price and the invoice will be generated on a pro-rata basis.
Q : If I purchase a new G Suite Account before 2nd April 2019, how much will I be charged?
A : If you purchase G Suite before 2nd April 2019, you will be charged the previous price only.
Q : If I purchase a new G Suite Account after 2nd April 2019, how much will I be charged?

1. Planning to buy a new G Suite
If you think you or your customers will be requiring G Suite in the coming months, it’s the right time to pitch and close them before 2nd April, because before 1st April they will have to pay just ₹125 but after, they would be required to pay ₹210 per user per month.
2. Planning to buy a new user in the existing G Suite Account
Add those new users before 2nd April 2019 at the previous price and get your invoice generated on a pro-rata basis. This way you can save a lot since after 2nd April the invoice will be generated on pro rata with respect to the new prices.
